Responsibilities
- Represent injured workers in all stages of their workers' compensation claims
- Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings
- Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases
Skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Strong advocacy and interpersonal skills
- 1–2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases preferred
