[Remote] Freelance Meteorological Production Assistant

The Freelance Meteorological Production Assistant will support the Weather Presentation Team by creating engaging weather graphics and ensuring a consistent visual presentation for forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Support Weather Presentation Team by using templates to create eye-catching weather graphics
- Assist weather producers in updating daily weather graphics using IBM Max
- Monitor and analyze weather data to make informed decisions about forecast graphics
- Work closely with Weather Producers/Meteorologists to ensure consistent look, feel, and process
Skills
- Experience using IBM MAX
- Passion for understanding effective weather communication
- Solid understanding of meteorology and atmospheric processes
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work cohesively in a remote work environment
- Spectacular communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to work under intense deadline pressure
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of a live production environment
- Willing and able to work under tight deadlines while juggling several tasks at once
