IT Associate
TechLaw Consultants is an environmental consulting firm that has been providing services since 1983. They are seeking an IT Associate to provide technical support in a business IT environment, particularly for Federal government contracts, while also developing custom software solutions and contributing to regulatory compliance programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees, assisting with the deployment and maintenance of information technology systems
- Develop custom software solutions to improve business operations
- Contribute to regulatory compliance programs, including NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC requirements
- Develop NIST and CMMC documentation
- Programming custom internal programs
- Help desk
- Deploy end user devices
Skills
- Computer Science BS or equivalent work experience
- 1 – 2 years of experience
- Ability to travel as required
- U.S. citizenship required
- Must possess documentation sufficient to satisfy federal identification requirements for domestic air travel and access to government or client facilities, including a REAL ID-compliant driver's license, REAL ID-compliant identification card, or valid U.S. Passport
- C, C++, Java
- SQL
- Familiarity with NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, cybersecurity best practices, and information technology terminology preferred
