Talent Acquisition Specialist
F3 Technologies, Inc. is a leading field service technology company specializing in payment technology installations and support. The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers and the HR team to identify, engage, and hire field service technicians and corporate talent across the US and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through HRIS ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels for open positions across the US and Canada
- Review applications, conduct camera-on video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with The F3 Standard
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate records, status updates, and communication notes throughout the hiring process
- Provide a professional and welcoming candidate experience, including timely follow-up and clear, friendly communication at every stage
- Assist with job posting creation, sponsored postings on Indeed, background check coordination, and pre-employment documentation in partnership with the HR team
- Other duties, as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree, preferred
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, HR, or a related coordination role
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented approach
- Prior experience using an ATS (Paycom, ADP, UKG, or similar)
- Familiarity with high-volume hourly or field-based recruiting
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, French, or Mandarin) are a plus
