[Remote] Executive Assistant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AWISEE is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support leadership with both business and personal operational tasks. The role requires flexibility, resourcefulness, and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day executive operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, reminders, and appointments
- Research and organize business-related tasks and opportunities
- Support with company setup processes, documentation, and coordination with external partners
- Communicate with lawyers, vendors, service providers, and external contacts
- Handle personal operational tasks such as insurance coordination, bookings, travel research, event research, and scheduling
- Conduct online research and present organized findings
- Help streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Support cross-functional tasks across different departments when needed
Skills
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar role
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Highly proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with flexible schedules and occasional late hours
- Strong internet research and communication skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Fast learner with high level of ownership and responsibility
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Calendars, etc. is a plus
- Experience supporting founders, startups, or agencies
- Experience coordinating across multiple time zones
- Interest in operations, business, and entrepreneurship
