[Remote] Inside Sales Reps for Health Coach (HCI) Course

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) is looking for a Clarity Coach (Inside Sales Representative) to join their team. The role focuses on selling the Health Coach (HCI) course, engaging with students through calls, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Make up to 150 calls per day to prospective students (no cold calling!)
• Use discovery questions and rapport-building techniques to engage with students
• Meet and exceed sales targets, including Monthly Revenue, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rate goals

Skills

• Must reside in an ISSA-eligible state (AZ, UT, NV, ID, TX, IL, IN, WI, TN, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA)
• At least 1 year of phone-based inside sales experience
• Proven track record in high-ticket sales or managing premium product portfolios is preferred
• Prior CRM experience
• Enthusiastic and results-oriented with a proven track record in phone-based sales
• Excellent phone-based communication skills
• Personal passion for health, life, and nutrition coaching and desire to help others
• Money motivated with a competitive nature that enjoys the grind of sales
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse potential customer base
• Ability to communicate and coach someone through their challenges and inspire them to take action despite their fears or roadblocks
• Ability to build rapport, empathize, and make a personal connection with our prospective students
• Ability to frame the enrollment/sales conversation as a powerful conversation to help someone bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be
• Comfortable learning and applying AI tools as part of daily work
