US Sales Development Representative
Scytale is a global leader in AI-powered compliance solutions, seeking to expand its US sales presence. The Sales Development Representative will play a foundational role in building the sales pipeline, working closely with leadership to refine strategies and engage prospects.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting efforts across the US market
- Identify and engage high-value prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and creative outreach campaigns
- Generate qualified pipeline opportunities for the sales team
- Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategies
- Experiment with new prospecting approaches and help build repeatable playbooks for future SDR hires
- Develop a deep understanding of the compliance and cybersecurity landscape
- Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle
- Track performance, share insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Scytale's US go-to-market motion
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound sales role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong prospecting skills across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years of SDR, BDR, or related sales experience
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or other B2B technology companies is a strong advantage
