Sales Support Specialist

Axiom Connected is redefining the service experience in the automotive F&I space, focusing on collaboration and continuous improvement. The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Sales team by ensuring a seamless experience for both internal partners and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Review, process, and manage agreements and documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Compile and distribute reports, production data, and supporting materials
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to gather information and resolve issues
  • Ensure timely delivery of paperwork and projects to meet business needs
  • Create spreadsheets, comparisons, and supporting documents as needed
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams
  • Experience in the automotive or F&I industry
  • Prior experience in an office or customer service-focused environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly
  • High level of initiative, urgency, and reliability
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships
