Associate, Client Operations

The Client Operations Associate plays a crucial role in supporting internal account teams and ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes across client campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of affiliate marketing campaigns for a portfolio of clients, including asset management and campaign communication
- Support internal account teams with the execution of standard program operations, including campaign support, payout management, and partnerships
- Work closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Media Investment and Technical Support to ensure seamless execution of tasks, timely completion of deliverables, and problem resolution
- Leverage internal and external marketing platforms & technology to complete campaign execution, tracking, and reporting
Skills
- You have a Bachelor's Degree or related work experience
- You are passionate about providing excellent service to internal and external customers

- You are a clear and effective communicator
- You are able to work independently and collaborate with your team to solve complex issues
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
