Senior Performance Improvement Consultant

Our client, a leading management consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Performance Improvement Consultant for a remote position. This role is focused on helping organizations enhance their operational efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. You will work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement, design and implement solutions, and drive sustainable positive change across their business functions. Responsibilities: Assess client's current performance levels, identifying areas for improvement in operations, processes, and organizational structures. Develop and implement strategies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Utilize data analytics, performance metrics, and benchmarking to drive evidence-based recommendations. Lead and manage projects focused on process optimization, supply chain management, and service delivery enhancement. Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful adoption of new practices and technologies. Develop and deliver training programs to build internal capabilities for continuous improvement. Create compelling business cases and present findings and recommendations to senior client leadership. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in performance improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance improvement, operational consulting, or a similar role. Demonstrated success in leading and implementing initiatives related to process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a remote setting. Experience in change management is a significant plus.
