We’re looking for a driven Closer to join our growing team, focused on wholesaling single-family homes. What You’ll Do:
- Build rapport with sellers and guide them through the process clearly and professionally
- Negotiate purchase agreements for single-family homes
- Work closely with the Disposition team to move deals efficiently
- Track activity and manage follow-ups using our CRM
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate wholesaling
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
- Good listening skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Organized, disciplined, and able to follow processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
