The Dasher Financial team is one such disruption: we are building fintech products that best serve the needs of Dashers and gig workers like them. About the Role
We're looking for a Head of Banking Operations to own Crimson ops end-to-end. You'll manage our bank partner relationships, own the P&L for Crimson, and drive the operational roadmap for how we provide better user outcomes (disputes, suspensions, support) and deepen engagement (more deposits and spend). This is a player-coach role: you'll set strategy with senior leadership, but you'll also dig into the operational details when the work demands it.
