Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to top‑tier enterprise customers, helping them understand and integrate AI accelerators into their broader cloud strategy.
• Design, prototype, and operationalize large‑scale machine‑learning models on accelerator‑enabled infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
• Lead discovery workshops, develop migration plans, and define success criteria in partnership with customers, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
• Demonstrate arenaflex’s differentiated capabilities by conducting live demos, performance profiling (using tools such as TensorFlow Profiler, PyTorch Profiler, and TensorBoard), and benchmark runs (including MLPerf).
• Develop repeatable frameworks, best‑practice guides, and reference architectures that can be leveraged across multiple customers and internal teams.
• Advocate for enterprise customer requirements within arenaflex, influencing product development and service offerings at the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML.
• Collaborate closely with internal Cloud AI engineering, product, and sales teams to remove roadblocks, co‑create solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel to customer sites and industry events as needed to deepen relationships, gather feedback, and showcase arenaflex’s AI innovations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least five years of hands‑on experience designing, deploying, or managing cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Demonstrated experience building and operationalizing machine‑learning models at scale.
• Proven ability to deliver technical presentations, lead discovery sessions, and craft migration strategies that align with customer goals and success metrics.
