Remote Data Entry Specialist – High‑Volume Data Management for arenaflex’s Global Infrastructure Projects

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

About arenaflex

arenaflex is a world‑leading technology powerhouse that designs, builds, and operates some of the most sophisticated hardware platforms on the planet. From massive data‑center farms to cutting‑edge AI accelerators, arenaflex’s infrastructure powers the digital experiences of billions of users worldwide. Our Manufacturing Operations team is the engine that turns visionary product designs into reliable, scalable hardware that runs 24/7 in the cloud. As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you will become an essential part of this engine, ensuring that critical product data, bill‑of‑materials (BOM) records, and test results are captured accurately, consistently, and on time.

Why This Role Matters

In a hyper‑connected world, data integrity is the foundation of operational excellence. Every component that ships from arenaflex’s factories must be traceable, test‑validated, and documented in a way that supports rapid troubleshooting, compliance audits, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence the reliability of arenaflex’s hardware, the speed at which new products reach market, and the overall experience of our end‑users. This is not a “paper‑pusher” role – it is a strategic position that partners with product engineers, quality analysts, and supply‑chain managers to keep the data flow clean, actionable, and future‑proof.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, validate, and maintain high‑volume product data—including BOMs, component specifications, test plans, and post‑silicon validation results—using arenaflex’s internal data management platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineers and Design Teams to translate complex hardware schematics into clear, structured data entries that support downstream manufacturing and testing processes.
  • Conduct regular data quality audits, identify inconsistencies, and work with cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies before they impact production schedules.
  • Support the creation and execution of test plans for ASIC, FPGA, and GPU devices, ensuring that all test outcomes are accurately logged and linked to the appropriate product records.
  • Maintain and update the arenaflex Product Data Management (PDM) system with new product introductions (NPIs), engineering change orders (ECOs), and manufacturing change orders (MCOs).
  • Provide remote assistance to suppliers and contract manufacturers, guiding them through data submission protocols and ensuring compliance with arenaflex’s data standards.
  • Analyze SQL queries and develop Python scripts to automate repetitive data entry tasks, improve data integrity, and generate actionable reports for senior leadership.
  • Partner with Quality Engineers to define and track product reliability and performance metrics, feeding data back into continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the supply‑chain team to monitor component availability, support line ramp‑up, and drive yield improvement investigations.
  • Document all data entry procedures, create knowledge‑base articles, and train new team members on best practices for data governance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a high‑tech manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to supply‑chain logistics, hardware testing, or product data management.
  • Hands‑on experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and component suppliers for server‑class hardware.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute test plans for complex electronic assemblies, including ASIC DFT (Design for Test) and ATE (Automated Test Equipment) processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and solid scripting skills in Python (or similar languages) to automate data workflows.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret test results, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with post‑silicon validation, reliability testing, and yield analysis for high‑performance computing devices.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of hardware description languages (HDL) and basic circuit design concepts.
  • Prior exposure to remote supplier coordination and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Zoom).
  • Certification in data governance, Six Sigma, or related quality management methodologies.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Data Accuracy & Integrity: Meticulous attention to detail when entering and validating large data sets.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand hardware schematics, component specifications, and test methodologies.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive identification of data gaps and swift resolution through cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Automation Mindset: Comfort writing scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and generate insightful dashboards.
  • Communication: Clear articulation of data requirements and findings to engineers, managers, and external partners.
  • Time Management: Efficient handling of multiple concurrent data entry streams while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote work setting, adjusting to evolving project scopes and priorities.

arenaflex invests heavily in the professional development of its employees. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will have access to:

  • Structured mentorship programs with senior product engineers and data architects.
  • Internal training courses on advanced SQL, Python automation, and PLM system administration.

  • Participation in cross‑functional innovation labs where you can contribute ideas that shape the next generation of arenaflex hardware.
  • Company‑wide conferences and hackathons that encourage knowledge sharing and networking across global teams.
