Fraud analyst/admin

Job Title: Fraud Analyst/Admin Duration: 12+ Months Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid) Pay rate: $39/hr on W2 Job Description: What we’re looking for: We are seeking a candidate with experience and specific skills relevant to the job. Proficiency in investigative tools (such as TLO/LexisNexis), analytical skills, critical thinking, time management, attention to detail, and administrative functions are essential. What you’ll be doing: The Investigator will receive and review suspicious activity and fraud alerts daily that need to be cleared, researched and/or investigated. The Investigator will need to determine if the customer who claimed ID theft is a victim of fraud or if they are attempting to breach the vehicle/payment obligation. They will review claims and make dispositions if it is fraud or an attempt at credit washing. In cases where an organization's vehicle has been stolen, recovery efforts must be made. The Investigator may need to work with Law Enforcement (LE) to help complete the recovery process. Responsibilities include conducting fraud investigations, SSN updates, skip tracing, collections, and recovery. Additionally, perform administrative tasks as needed, such as creating investigations for the team, daily reporting of confirmed and suspected fraud, managing the general fraud email, and processing physical and electronic mail. Provide ad hoc reporting as needed and assist the Fraud Control Department in identifying current fraud trends/rings. Special projects may be assigned by the Manager. Qualifications/What you bring:
