Key Responsibilities

  • Enter new purchase orders, order amendments, and vendor account setups with precise data entry standards.
  • Generate and maintain weekly status reports that track order progress, exceptions, and resolution timelines.

  • Communicate order status consistently with internal stakeholders, providing real‑time updates on delivery expectations and any deviations.
