About arenaflex

arenaflex is a recognized leader in advanced digital security, threat intelligence, and incident response services. Leveraging decades of cutting‑edge expertise, we empower organizations worldwide to confidently protect against, detect, and respond to cyber threats. As a pivotal part of the arenaflex Cloud ecosystem, our mission is to deliver innovative, reliable, and scalable security solutions that keep our customers’ data safe and their operations resilient.

Why This Role Matters

In today’s hyper‑connected world, the ability to translate complex security data into actionable insight is a competitive advantage. As a Technical Lead Manager – Data Entry, you will be the bridge between raw threat intelligence and the strategic decisions that safeguard our clients. Your work will directly influence how enterprises across the United States and beyond defend their critical assets, ensuring that every piece of information you handle contributes to a stronger, more secure digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of data entry specialists, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development guidance.
  • Oversee the accurate ingestion, classification, and enrichment of threat intelligence (CTI) data from multiple sources, including sensors, incident response feeds, and open‑source intelligence.
  • Collaborate with senior security architects to design and refine CTI workflows that support detection, protection, response, and recovery phases.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data handling, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders, translating complex technical findings into clear, concise briefings and reports.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional groups—such as product engineering, customer success, and sales—to align data entry priorities with broader business objectives.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the quality assurance (QA) framework for data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Manage secure access controls, ensuring that all team members adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality, especially when handling US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) with polygraph requirements.
  • Drive automation initiatives using scripting and low‑code tools to streamline repetitive data entry tasks, freeing up resources for higher‑value analysis.
  • Participate in on‑site client engagements in Virginia and remote collaborations, providing expert guidance on CTI best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in threat intelligence or related cyber‑security roles, preferably in a client‑facing environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in CTI processes across at least one of the core domains: Detect, Protect, Respond, or Recover.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence senior leadership, translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
  • Active US Government Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to synthesize raw data into meaningful intelligence products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience with strategic (advanced) CTI tools and platforms in operational settings, supporting detection, analysis, and response capabilities.
  • Track record of mentoring junior CTI analysts and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering briefings to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into structured solutions and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or low‑code platforms) to improve data entry efficiency.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cyber‑threat lifecycle, CTI taxonomy, and incident response methodologies.
  • Leadership: Strong people‑management capabilities, including coaching, conflict resolution, and performance optimization.
  • Communication: Ability to craft clear, concise reports, executive briefings, and technical documentation.
  • Problem‑Solving: Skilled at dissecting complex security scenarios, developing actionable recommendations, and driving consensus.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in fast‑paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
  • Compliance & Governance: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and government clearance protocols.
