Position Overview – Sales Development Representative (Remote)

We are seeking an ambitious, results‑driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Business Development team. This role is the gateway to arenaflex’s expanding client base, focusing on qualifying inbound leads, prospecting new accounts, and laying the groundwork for long‑term partnerships. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Respond to inbound leads within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe, assess fit, and move prospects through the qualification funnel.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high‑volume cold outreach (calls, emails, social touches) to target organizations that have not yet adopted arenaflex solutions.
  • Pipeline Development: Identify and develop qualified opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of prospects for the Account Executive team.
  • Discovery & Demo Scheduling: Coordinate product demonstrations and discovery sessions for senior sales leaders, tailoring the agenda to each prospect’s unique challenges.
  • Data Management: Accurately log all activities, contacts, and pipeline updates in Salesforce and Outreach (or similar CRM tools).
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Product: Provide feedback on campaign performance, share market insights, and help refine messaging for future outreach.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including call volume, qualified leads, and pipeline contribution.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on arenaflex product enhancements, industry trends, and competitive landscape to articulate value propositions effectively.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent work experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or a related field.
