Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating genuine empathy and active listening.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex cases to specialized teams while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners—including logistics, finance, and product teams—to resolve multi‑layered customer concerns.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of arenaflex’s product catalog, service offerings, policies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed performance targets such as First Contact Resolution (FCR), Average Handle Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system, capturing feedback that drives continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, knowledge‑sharing forums, and quality‑assurance reviews to sharpen skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Contribute ideas for process enhancements, automation opportunities, and knowledge‑base updates to improve overall service efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
