Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise‑level customers, guiding them through the adoption of AI accelerators within their broader cloud strategy.
• Conduct deep‑dive discovery workshops to understand business objectives, data pipelines, and model workloads, then translate those insights into concrete migration and optimization plans.
• Design, prototype, and benchmark AI workloads using state‑of‑the‑art accelerators (e.g., GPUs, TPUs, custom ASICs) to showcase performance gains, cost efficiencies, and scalability.
• Develop repeatable best‑practice frameworks, reference architectures, and automation scripts that enable rapid deployment of AI solutions for internal teams and external customers.
• Collaborate closely with arenaflex Cloud AI product groups to surface customer requirements, influence feature prioritization, and remove technical roadblocks.
• Present technical demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and performance analyses to C‑level executives and senior engineering leaders, articulating ROI and strategic value.

• Stay current with emerging AI/ML trends, benchmark suites (e.g., MLPerf), and accelerator technologies to continuously enhance the value proposition offered to customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least five years of hands‑on experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure at scale.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and operationalizing machine‑learning models in production environments.
• Proven track record of delivering technical presentations, leading discovery sessions, and crafting solution roadmaps aligned with customer goals and success criteria.
