Position Overview

The Remote Enterprise Technology Associate position at arenaflex is a full-time opportunity designed for early-career professionals and recent graduates who are eager to apply their academic training to real-world enterprise technology challenges. Reporting to senior leaders within our IT Enterprise Technology Services group, you will support a wide range of initiatives spanning enterprise architecture, core technologies, agile delivery, API integration, DevOps practices, quality engineering, and software development in test (SDET).

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Enterprise Technology Associate at arenaflex, your day-to-day contributions will span several critical areas of enterprise technology. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Software Development and Engineering Support: Collaborate with senior developers to design, build, test, and deploy software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks such as Java/JEE, JSON, Spring, Angular, JavaScript, C++ on Linux, Python, REST, XML, and HTML.
  • Data Analysis and Business Intelligence: Gather, process, and analyze large volumes of data to create performance dashboards, develop service level agreements (SLAs), and generate insights that drive informed business decision-making across multiple product lines.
  • Business Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine requirements for decision-support systems and enterprise applications, ensuring solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Systems Engineering: Participate in the development, maintenance, enhancement, and support of software applications and infrastructure environments that power arenaflex's global operations.
  • Quality Engineering and Testing: Contribute to QE and SDET practices, helping to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
  • API and DevOps Support: Assist in the design, integration, and management of APIs while embracing DevOps culture and agile delivery methodologies to accelerate project outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications
