  • Review entered data against source documents to confirm completeness, accuracy, and conformity with company standards.
  • Identify discrepancies, duplicates, and missing information, and take corrective action or escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Conduct routine audits of existing records to ensure ongoing data integrity and flag outdated or inconsistent entries for review.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to refine validation rules and reduce the occurrence of recurring errors.

Data Maintenance and Cleanup

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updating records, merging duplicate files, and archiving outdated information.
  • Support data migration projects by accurately transferring information between legacy and modern systems.

Data Reporting and Summarization
