Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Client Partnership: Develop a deep understanding of each client’s strategic objectives, cultural nuances, and business drivers to become their trusted travel advisor.
  • Solution Design & Delivery: Identify and craft bespoke travel solutions for news crews, sports teams, film crews, and theatrical productions, ensuring seamless execution from booking to post‑trip reporting.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with arenaflex’s Global Business Consulting, Service Delivery, Implementation, Meetings & Events, and GCG Directors to deliver integrated, end‑to‑end travel experiences.
  • Account Growth & Retention: Drive revenue expansion through upselling, cross‑selling, and innovative value‑added services while maintaining high client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing research on travel trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position arenaflex as the market leader.
  • Strategic Planning & Reporting: Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, develop pricing strategies, and manage P&L responsibilities for assigned accounts.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent arenaflex as a subject‑matter expert at industry events, webinars, and prospect meetings, showcasing our capabilities to media and entertainment clients.
  • Process Optimization: Leverage data analytics and technology road‑mapping to enhance policy compliance, traveler experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Travel Advocacy: Act as the internal champion for entertainment travel needs, influencing product development and service enhancements across arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated passion for the entertainment industry and a solid grasp of its unique travel requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience managing global accounts or large‑scale projects, preferably within media, sports, or production travel.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upselling and solution selling.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
