  • Accurately entering data from insurance claims and provider authorization requests into the designated imaging and claims management systems.
  • Meeting or exceeding client‑specified turnaround times while maintaining a minimum speed of 8,200 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) with a 98 % accuracy rate.
  • Navigating imaging software efficiently to retrieve, review, and input claim details.
  • Distinguishing between various claim types (e.g., medical, dental, vision) and applying the correct data entry guidelines for each.
  • Identifying documents that require special handling (e.g., flagged for fraud review, missing signatures) and processing them according to established protocols.
