Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Cargo Processing: Load, unload, sort, and transport freight, air mail, and company materials according to established procedures and safety protocols.
• Documentation: Complete and submit Freight Container Loading Slips (CBLS) electronically or physically, and maintain precise logs of all cargo movements.
• Quality Assurance: Verify freight counts against manifests, identify discrepancies, and resolve errors promptly to prevent operational delays.
• Asset Protection: Safeguard passenger belongings, cargo, and equipment from weather, theft, damage, or loss throughout the handling process.
• Equipment Operation: Operate ground support equipment such as belt loaders, push‑back tractors, lift trucks, and de‑icing vehicles when required.
• Cabin Cleaning Support: Assist with interior cabin cleaning tasks, including upholstery care, window washing, galley sanitation, and waste disposal.
• Collaboration: Work closely with ramp agents, flight crews, and logistics partners to meet tight turnaround times and maintain flight schedules.

Essential Qualifications
