Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Real‑Time Customer Data Platform (CDP) team. In this role, you will be the technical backbone that ensures the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) – our real‑time CDP – runs smoothly, is accurately configured, and delivers actionable insights to internal marketing, product, and analytics teams. You will act as a bridge between complex technical concepts and non‑technical stakeholders, translating data requirements into robust platform solutions while maintaining the highest standards of data governance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Own the day‑to‑day administration of the Adobe Experience Platform Real‑Time CDP, ensuring it meets evolving business needs and performance SLAs.
• Configuration & Development: Lead new feature development, platform configuration, and ongoing maintenance, including schema design, data ingestion pipelines, and audience segmentation.
• Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice to internal teams on best practices for segment building, data modeling, and CDP utilization, fostering self‑service capabilities across the organization.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, coordinating with IT, Adobe Support, and consulting partners to implement effective work‑arounds and permanent fixes.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including IT, Marketing, Product, and Analytics—to align technical requirements with strategic objectives and ensure seamless integration with downstream systems.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Need to Succeed)

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with technical data platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Platform or a comparable CDP solution.
