Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented individual to serve as a Remote Data Entry Clerk for arenaflex. In this full‑time, work‑from‑home role, you will be the backbone of our data integrity initiatives, ensuring that critical information—from customer profiles to financial records—is entered accurately, maintained consistently, and readily available for decision‑making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Maintenance

  • Accurately input and update a wide variety of data sets, including customer information, financial transactions, inventory levels, and vendor details, into arenaflex’s proprietary systems.
  • Perform routine data quality checks, verifying completeness, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Maintain meticulous records of data entry activities, documenting any changes or corrections for audit purposes.

Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, duplicate entries, or missing information in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and IT teams to develop and implement automated validation rules that reduce manual errors.
  • Provide feedback to process owners on recurring data issues and suggest improvements to data collection workflows.

Reporting & Presentation

  • Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports using Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and other reporting tools to support operational, financial, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare clear, concise presentations that summarize data trends, highlight key performance indicators, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist the Business Intelligence team in preparing data extracts for deeper analytics and predictive modeling.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support teams to understand data requirements and ensure timely delivery of accurate information.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings, offering insights on data quality and contributing ideas for process enhancements.
  • Serve as a trusted data steward, educating colleagues on best practices for data entry and maintenance.

Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, document management, and email correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive data in accordance with arenaflex’s data protection policies.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires by providing training on data entry procedures and system navigation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on data entry or data management experience, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or service‑industry sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization).
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy rates (95%+ error‑free) while handling large volumes of data.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, enabling clear interaction with remote team members and stakeholders.
