Apply today.Key Responsibilities:Manage Agile Release Train activities for enterprise HR Data Warehouse initiativesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demosLead Scrum of Scrums, PI Planning, and cross-team coordination effortsCoordinate dependencies across data engineering, analytics, governance, and integration teamsPartner with Product Owners to maintain backlog readiness and prioritizationRemove blockers and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependenciesTrack and communicate delivery metrics including velocity, cycle time, and release progressSupport delivery of Azure-based data pipelines and Oracle HCM integrationsDrive continuous improvement across Agile processes and team performanceCommunicate release plans, milestones, and project updates to technical and business stakeholdersFacilitate collaboration between business teams and technical delivery teamsSupport iterative delivery of scalable data products and analytics capabilitiesQualifications:Previous experience as a Release Train Engineer, Technical Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery LeadStrong background working in SAFe Agile environmentsExperience coordinating enterprise data, analytics, or integration initiativesKnowledge of Azure data platforms and Oracle HCM integrations preferredSAFe RTE certification strongly preferredCertified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or similar Agile certification desiredStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to influence teams and drive alignment across multiple workstreamsComfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving technical environmentsCompensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $65.00 per hour.
