As a Remote Data Entry & Product Engineering Support Specialist, you will be the critical bridge between our supply‑chain partners, manufacturing teams, and product development groups. Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional reviews of product and process designs to drive Design‑for‑Excellence (DFX) and robust test methodologies.
• Maintain plant availability by coordinating manufacturing line ramp‑up, providing product investigation support, and delivering actionable feedback on design issues.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement continuous‑improvement plans.
• Partner with Quality Engineers to define product quality and reliability targets, approve product capability plans, and oversee reliability testing.
• Coordinate the introduction of New Product Introduction (NPI) Bill of Materials (BOMs) into the Product Data Management (PDM) system, ensuring accurate tracking of secondary sources and engineering change orders (ECOs).
• Perform remote support for pre‑production builds, including data entry, test plan creation, and execution monitoring.
• Analyze yield data, conduct root‑cause investigations, and recommend process enhancements to improve overall product quality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test procedures, results, and post‑silicon validation activities.
• Travel up to five days per month to our Guadalajara, MX facility to work directly with suppliers and on‑site engineering teams.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members on data entry best practices, test plan development, and supply‑chain coordination.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a supply‑chain environment focused on assembly and testing of high‑performance hardware.
• Hands‑on experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and component suppliers for server‑class products.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute test plans for complex electronic assemblies, including ASIC DFT and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) processes.
• Proficiency in SQL query writing and scripting languages such as Python or Shell for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of post‑silicon validation, reliability testing, and yield improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GPU, FPGA, or ASIC development cycles, particularly in data‑center or cloud‑infrastructure contexts.
