Key Responsibilities

  • Trade & Transfer Processing: Accurately enter buy and sell orders, transfer requests, and dividend actions into client accounts using arenaflex’s proprietary systems.
  • Reconciliation & Break Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between arenaflex records and external fund administrators, custodians, or counterparties.
  • Corporate Action Management: Process corporate events such as mergers, spin‑offs, and rights offerings, ensuring timely and correct client allocations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Support compliance reporting (e.g., Form 2340, Rule 15c3‑3) by maintaining accurate transaction logs and audit trails.
  • Issue Investigation: Conduct root‑cause analysis on escalated problems, collaborate with technology teams to test new system enhancements, and document resolutions.
  • Client & Advisor Support: Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce, providing clear guidance on transaction status and required actions.
  • Project Participation: Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives, data‑quality projects, and system‑upgrade testing to continuously elevate arenaflex’s operational excellence.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trade volumes, reconciliation metrics, and exception trends for senior leadership review.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in large data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with clients, advisors, and internal teams.
  • Basic understanding of financial instruments (equities, mutual funds, ETFs) and corporate actions.
