Account Manager We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven professional who can build strong partnerships and drive growth through our distributor network. As part of our Professional Hygiene team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening connections, expanding market presence, and delivering value to customers across your territory.

About the Role

As an Account Manager for TORK, you will partner closely with distributors and end users to grow market share and reinforce Essity’s position as a trusted hygiene expert across the Perth metro region. This role is central to delivering our sales strategy, balancing new business development with the retention and growth of existing accounts, while supporting the rollout of key initiatives. You’ll work across both distributors and end users to strengthen relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver value at every stage of the customer journey. Confident in your ability to engage, present, and educate stakeholders, you will support growth across complex, multilayered organizations. This is a dynamic role spanning a diverse portfolio, including large-scale contracts across government, facilities management, and the mining sector.

What You Will Do

Build and grow strong relationships with distribution partners to expand TORK’s presence Identify and secure new business opportunities across existing and prospective customers Manage and grow a portfolio of end-user accounts, ensuring long-term engagement Deliver against sales budgets and territory growth targets Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline through CRM systems Collaborate with distributors to identify and develop target accounts Support and implement major account rollouts and ensure contract compliance Deliver training and support to distributor teams to enhance product knowledge and sales capability Develop and execute a clear territory plan aligned with business objectives Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Who You Are Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of achieving results Skilled in new business development and building lasting customer relationships Experience working within complex contract environments, such as government, facilities management, or education sectors Familiar with solution-based selling and managing distributor or third-party partnerships Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders Highly organized, with excellent time management and the ability to manage competing priorities Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint), with strong digital and analytical capability (Power BI highly regarded) A proactive, self-driven approach with a focus on delivering outcomes Have access to a car and a current Australian Driver’s License.
