Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, validate, and update flight‑related data—including crew rosters, aircraft maintenance logs, and passenger manifests—using arenaflex’s proprietary data platforms.
  • Perform routine data quality checks, flagging inconsistencies and collaborating with subject‑matter experts to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain strict adherence to data security protocols, ensuring that confidential information is protected in accordance with FAA regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the arenaflex Professional Services (DPS) training division by preparing and organizing data for pilot certification programs, simulator sessions, and curriculum updates.
  • Generate weekly and monthly data reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry workflows.
  • Participate in virtual training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to stay current with industry best practices.
  • Provide timely support to cross‑functional teams—including operations, compliance, and finance—by delivering accurate data extracts on demand.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional data entry or administrative experience, preferably within the aviation, transportation, or logistics sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), familiarity with cloud‑based data entry platforms, and basic knowledge of iPad or tablet interfaces.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of FAA Part 121 regulations and the role of airline pilots is advantageous, though not mandatory.
