  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach. Document all interactions thoroughly in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams including sales, technical support, billing, and product development to address complex customer needs and ensure seamless resolution of issues.
