This role is centered on transforming legacy data processes into real-time, event-driven systems, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI technologies to drive efficiency, automation, and innovation.You’ll play a critical role in designing and building modern applications that enhance data accessibility, improve system performance, and enable faster decision-making across the enterprise. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a meaningful impact on next-generation data infrastructure.If you're looking to work on AI-driven solutions, modern data systems, and high-impact enterprise initiatives, apply today.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop full stack applications supporting data modernization effortsBuild and implement real-time data pipelines into modern OLTP systemsLeverage AI technologies to optimize data migration, reconciliation, and automationDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservicesWork with event-driven architecture and distributed systemsPartner with cross-functional teams across architecture, security, and platform engineeringSupport the transition from batch-based processing to real-time data streamingQualifications:8–10 years of hands-on experience in full stack application development8+ years of experience with Java or Python1–3+ years of hands-on experience working with AI technologies or agentsStrong experience with backend development and RESTful API designHands-on experience with Apache Kafka and data streaming technologiesExperience with distributed systems and event-driven architectureFamiliarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plusExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, and DevOps practicesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceCompensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $82.26 per hour.
