Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, detail‑oriented Remote Energy Services Data Entry Clerk (Typist) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital record‑keeping system, ensuring that client information, program data, and communications are accurately captured, organized, and readily accessible. Your work will directly support the delivery of critical energy assistance programs, helping low‑income households stay warm, safe, and financially stable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Data Management: Input, update, and verify client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting real‑time progress through the production pipeline.
  • Digital Communication Tracking: Monitor incoming emails, log documents, and record communications in the Monday.com platform, ensuring every interaction is documented promptly.
  • Database Compliance: Follow program guidelines for all required systems—including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, and related tools—to maintain data integrity and meet funder requirements.
  • File Organization: Maintain both digital and paper participant files in strict accordance with program policies, guaranteeing confidentiality and audit readiness.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with program staff to streamline communication, enhance service delivery consistency, and troubleshoot data‑related issues.
  • Clerical Assistance: Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, preparing mailings, providing phone coverage, and supporting virtual meetings.
  • Remote Availability: Remain accessible for scheduled meetings, conference calls, email correspondence, and ad‑hoc duties throughout the workday.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a distinct advantage.
