Position Overview

Title: Remote Data Entry Specialist – Talent Data Operations & Insights Location: Work‑From‑Home (Remote) Employment Type: Full‑time, hybrid‑flexible schedule

In this role, you will be the backbone of arenaflex’s talent analytics function. Your primary mission is to ensure that accurate, timely, and actionable data is available to talent partners, business leaders, and strategic initiatives. By translating raw data into clear insights, you will enable data‑driven decision‑making that drives higher performance and stronger business outcomes today and into the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Talent Data Operations & Insights team: Act as the central point of contact for strategic partnership and customer‑focused product delivery.
  • Develop and execute a data roadmap: Design, implement, and continuously improve the talent data strategy to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide actionable insights: Deliver proactive analysis that highlights wins, opportunities, and risks, accompanied by clear recommendations for talent partners and delivery leaders.
  • Design intuitive data visualizations: Create dashboards and reports that are easily digestible, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Prioritize data initiatives: Align data projects with business priorities, integrating multiple internal and external data sources to create a unified view.
  • Enable talent teams as strategic advisors: Equip talent professionals with the tools and knowledge to influence business outcomes directly.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a comparable analytical discipline.
  • Strong domain knowledge of talent acquisition and HR analytics, with a solid understanding of internal data ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing data strategies, analytics roadmaps, and insight‑driven initiatives.
  • Proven track record of translating complex analysis into strategic recommendations that drive business impact.
  • Ability to design scalable, repeatable data solutions that meet the evolving needs of a fast‑growing organization.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
