This remote, work‑from‑home position is based in Alaska, USA, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $35‑$45. You will report directly to senior talent leadership and collaborate with cross‑functional partners in HR, finance, operations, and technology. Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead the Talent Data Operations & Insights team, fostering a culture of strategic partnership and customer‑focused product delivery.
  • Strategic Roadmap Creation: Design and execute a comprehensive talent analytics roadmap that aligns with arenaflex’s broader business goals.
  • Insight Delivery: Provide timely, actionable insights to Talent Partners and Delivery Leaders, highlighting wins, opportunities, and risks with data‑backed recommendations.
  • Data Modeling & Visualization: Build intuitive data models and visualizations that simplify complex information for non‑technical audiences.
  • Prioritization & Stakeholder Alignment: Identify and prioritize analytics initiatives based on business impact, integrating multiple internal and external data sources.
  • Strategic Advisory Enablement: Equip the Talent team to act as strategic advisors, influencing business outcomes through data‑driven storytelling.
  • Consulting & Self‑Serve Tools: Deliver consulting services, analytical insights, and self‑service analytics platforms that democratize data access across the organization.
  • Governance & Change Management: Influence leaders on data governance, business process improvements, and accountability frameworks.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a comparable discipline.
  • Strong domain knowledge of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR technology ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing talent analytics strategies that drive measurable business impact.
  • Proven track record of translating complex analysis into clear, strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Ability to design scalable, repeatable analytics tools that meet evolving business needs.
