Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, self‑driven individuals to join our Remote Customer Service team as full‑time representatives. The role begins with paid training on Wednesday, April 17 2024, and transitions into a schedule that spans 7 am – 7 pm EST, with a rotating on‑call week each month to support outage resolution. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, accurate, and timely assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Document all account interactions meticulously in the arenaflex client system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Explain account status, billing details, and service options clearly, helping customers understand their choices.
  • Navigate state and federal regulations to resolve delinquent accounts, following prescribed guidelines and escalation procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell additional products and services during qualified interactions, contributing to revenue goals.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to arenaflex’s brand voice, representing the company’s values in every conversation.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions, weekly performance reviews, and ongoing coaching to continuously improve service quality.

Essential Qualifications
