  • Respond to customer emails, faxes, and chat messages within established service‑level agreements (SLAs).
  • Document each interaction in arenaflex’s CRM system, capturing essential details, resolution steps, and any follow‑up actions.
  • Escalate unresolved or high‑priority issues to senior support specialists while maintaining ownership until closure.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution

  • Diagnose moderately complex service problems by asking targeted questions, reviewing account history, and leveraging internal knowledge bases.
