Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to digital inquiries from arenaflex policyholders with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information on billing statements, payment options, and account balances.
  • Process policy modifications, including adding or removing drivers, updating vehicle information, and adjusting coverage limits.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional arenaflex products that meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and sales teams to resolve complex issues and deliver seamless service.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, certification programs, and performance coaching to continuously improve skill sets.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying current on policy changes, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s quality standards, call handling metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering outstanding customer service, preferably in a high‑volume call center environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and web navigation.
