Key Responsibilities

  • Data Input & Maintenance: Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of financial and transactional data in arenaflex’s proprietary databases and cloud‑based platforms.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous verification checks, identify inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies within tight service‑level agreements.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams in finance, risk management, compliance, and product development to ensure data consistency across all business units.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate standard and ad‑hoc reports, highlight trends, and provide insights that help stakeholders monitor performance and detect anomalies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in data entry, data processing, or a closely related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a 99.9 % accuracy rate in high‑volume data environments.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a systematic approach to verifying and validating information.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency with data management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SQL‑based tools) and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear collaboration with remote teams across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Experience working within the financial services sector, particularly with credit card, payment, or banking data.
