The role:

• Insurance defense litigation across a variety of complex matters
• General liability, commercial litigation, transportation, toxic tort, and professional liability work
• Depositions, motion practice, hearings, trial preparation, and client interaction
• Opportunity to work across multiple litigation practice areas and develop a broad defense background

Requirements:

• California Bar admission required
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience preferred (strong 1+ year candidates may also be considered)
• Insurance defense litigation background required
• Strong writing, motion drafting, and litigation skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $150,000 – $275,000 depending on level and experience
