- Receive and review all incoming client issues via phone, email or online ticket portal. Create tickets if receiving directly via phone.
- Evaluate all incoming tickets. If unable to resolve, escalate to other resources as needed based on complexity or duration of support needed.
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot IT issues via phone, via remote assistance, or various self-service ticketing systems.
- Provide support for workflow related problems.
- Receive and review all incoming client issues via phone, email or online ticket portal. Create tickets if receiving directly via phone.
- Provide level 1 & 2 remote technical support on various issues such login issues, printing, network and basic desktop & server troubleshooting.
- Evaluate all incoming tickets. If unable to resolve, escalate to other resources as needed based on complexity or duration of support needed.
- Assist in resolving Epic and Cerner tasks such as user account management and access control.
- Set up and troubleshoot Epic and Cerner connectivity for remote users.
- Collaborate with the client Epic and Cerner analysts to ensure seamless operations.
