Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and the Qualtrics integration team to translate VoC requirements into robust data models and pipelines.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures on Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Spark, and related technologies to support both batch and real‑time analytics.
• Develop and enforce standardized metric definitions, ensuring consistency across dashboards, reports, and downstream applications.
• Implement automated data quality checks, testing frameworks, and monitoring solutions to guarantee data accuracy and reliability.
• Lead the migration of legacy VoC data sources into a modern, cloud‑native data platform, optimizing performance and cost.

Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing data models that support large‑scale analytics workloads.
