What You'll Do

Role Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be based in the city/area specified for this remote position
  • Open availability and flexibility—a must-have ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Completion of required background screening, background check, and government-screening process as applicable
  • Successful completion of drug test and any other required pre-employment screenings
  • Ability to pass airport badging or equivalent government-credentialing requirements (if applicable to role)

Technical & Workspace Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum requirements to be provided)
  • Home office setup that supports remote work comfortably and professionally
  • Available to work during peak hours as defined by business needs
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Must maintain availability for scheduled shifts and communicate proactively about any scheduling constraints

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center, help desk, or support environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support ticketing platforms
  • Experience in technology, travel, or identity verification industries
  • College coursework or degree in communications, business, or related field
  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages a plus)
