About the Role
You will play a key role in a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation where procurement, finance and tax need to work seamlessly across a European group environment. In this role, you will help shape how purchase-to-pay processes are designed, configured and aligned across entities, with a strong focus on cost allocation, taxation and procurement operations. You will work close to cross-functional stakeholders and influence how requirements from HCM, SCM and Finance come together in practical end-to-end processes. Job Description
You will design and refine procurement-related end-to-end processes that align requirements across HCM, SCM and Finance. You will configure and support Oracle Fusion Procurement, with focus on Suppliers, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, My Receipts, and Reports & Analytics. You will drive the design of intercompany purchase cost allocation models within the P2P process. You will contribute advanced taxation expertise to support procurement flows in a European group operating environment. You will help define and improve handling of withholding tax and expense-related tax within P2P. You will support procurement process design in centralized procurement models. You will ensure that process and solution design reflect relevant EU regulatory considerations.
Requirements
At least 8 years of full-time experience as a cost allocation and taxation consultant within P2P processes on large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects. Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement module configuration, especially Suppliers, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, My Receipts, and Reports & Analytics. Advanced taxation expertise supporting the P2P process in a European group operating environment. Experience with withholding tax and expense-related tax handling. Experience in intercompany purchase cost allocation design. Experience supporting centralized procurement models. Experience working within the EU regulatory environment. Ability to design procurement-related end-to-end processes aligning HCM, SCM and Finance requirements. Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English.
