Group FP&A Junior Analyst
Pret A Manger is a company dedicated to making freshly made food and organic coffee while fostering a culture of finance excellence. As a Group FP&A Junior Analyst, you will support the FP&A team by aggregating and consolidating group results, driving consistency across markets, and playing a key role in annual planning and budgeting processes.
Responsibilities
- Aggregate and consolidate total Group results, partnering closely with Group-wide FP&A to influence decisions at Exec and Board level
- Drive consistency and high standards across FP&A in all markets; simplify processes, improve forecasting accuracy and reduce manual work
- Identify risks, opportunities and levers across the full P&L (sales, labour, COGS, overheads) and connect insights to business decisions
- Key role in the annual planning and budgeting processes in collaboration with other finance leads
Skills
- Proficient in Financial reporting and Data systems (ideally Netsuite and PowerBI)
- Superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong logical and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong sense of ownership and proactivity
- Experience in a multi-subsidiary environment
