Content Specialist-Web
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Content Specialist-Web to join their dynamic team in Plano, TX. This hybrid role involves managing the end-to-end publishing process and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-quality content.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end publishing process, including gathering assets, formatting, and ensuring timely, error-free publication
- Coordinate with internal teams to acquire necessary assets and prepare content for publication
- Maintain accuracy within multiple CMS platforms and internal systems; manage project set-up and routine queries
- Conduct thorough quality control, manage centralized version control, and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained prior to publication
- Collaborate with support staff to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate editorial concerns as needed
Skills
- 1–2 years of professional content entry experience, with at least 1 year of CMS authoring preferred
- Strong command of Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
- Editorial background is an asset
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to accept constructive feedback
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
