Contracts Analyst
California Correctional Health Care Services is seeking a motivated individual to work as a Contracts Analyst within the Department of Education. The role involves providing contract administration support, managing assignments, and assisting with the planning and coordination of various events across the state.
Responsibilities
- Provide contract administration support to CDE staff involved with standard agreement/interagency agreements
- Assist with the planning and coordination of conferences, workshops, and business meetings held throughout the state
Skills
- Applicants must be reachable on an employment list, have transfer eligibility, or have reinstatement eligibility

- Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov
- All Experience and Education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the Minimum Qualifications for the position

Describe your relevant experience, education, and/or training that specifically qualifies you to perform the duties of a contract analyst
- Analytical work experience
- Written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work as a team member and independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (including, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Access, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat is preferable
- Ability to handle competing priorities
