Licensed Financial Services Representative

Pacific Life is a leading insurance company that provides financial services to help policyholders during significant life events. They are seeking Licensed Financial Services Representatives to handle inbound calls, provide guidance on policy transactions, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle 40–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals
• Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details
• Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism
• Process requests and document interactions in internal systems
• Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution

Skills

• FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 licenses
• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort using multiple computer systems
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in financial services or insurance
